The Lutetia has been the grand hotel of the Left Bank since the Belle Époque, its Art Nouveau-meets-Art Deco facade a fixture on boulevard Raspail in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A four-year renovation revealed original frescoes in Bar Joséphine, added a subterranean spa and pool, and refit the guest rooms without losing the century-old atmosphere. The Michelin Guide awarded it two Keys.
