A small, candlelit dining room a short walk from the Politeama theatre, Bebop is a contemporary restaurant where the kitchen takes Sicilian ingredients seriously and then does unexpected things with them. The chef is young and the menu shows it, in a good way: local tradition gets rerouted through a modern sensibility without losing the thread back to the island. Dress like you mean it; the room has that kind of energy.
