Benjamin is a chef's-counter tasting restaurant built around Czech regional cooking, with eight courses that follow the season's local produce from whatever corner of Bohemia is worth paying attention to that week. Wine pairings are available, the room is warm without trying too hard, and booking ahead is non-negotiable.
