Assaf Granit's casual Jerusalem-meets-Berlin restaurant serves family recipes recast with a modern Berlin sensibility, and the bread with tahini and tomatoes that arrives before anything else tends to derail whatever restraint you walked in with. The room runs loud and colorful, and the energy coming off the pass is hard not to catch.
