    A short walk from the Torres de Serranos, this bright, modern restaurant runs on set menus, with a lighter option at lunch and a more ambitious one come evening. Two chefs share the kitchen and keep the cooking rooted in seasonal produce while nudging traditional Valencia cuisine somewhere more contemporary. The room feels cosmopolitan without trying too hard, and the pricing is refreshingly honest for a city that knows how to charge.
