Designed by Mexican studio Futura with indoor trees and seating for 70, Blend Station roasts 100% Mexican beans on-site, with a menu organized by processing style, washed, honey, and natural, sourced from micro-lots across Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, and beyond. The cold drip tower behind the counter looks borrowed from a chemistry lab.
