    Bamboo-lined walls and an open kitchen where an all-women team fires up dishes from both northern and southern Thailand, this Michelin-starred Thai restaurant in Knokke-Heist draws a crowd happy to drool over the menu while they wait. The chef learned her spice work from her grandmother, and it shows in the layering. Takeaway containers are available for a euro each, with proceeds going to a school in the chef's home region.
