A Michelin-starred neighborhood spot in Prenzlauer Berg that started as a tapas and wine bar and quietly grew into something more serious, without losing the bistro feeling that made it work in the first place. The chef folds Asian ingredients into French technique with a light hand, so the kohlrabi and dashi sit alongside the halibut rather than competing with it. The sommelier runs the floor with real warmth and steers the 300-bottle list, heavy on Riesling, like he means it.
