A restored Victorian lido sits just outside the windows, which fold back completely in good weather and make it hard to remember you're in Bristol. The restaurant runs across a former viewing gallery upstairs, with small plates and Mediterranean cooking that leans on whatever's genuinely good, crab tagliatelle with lobster butter being a recurring argument for that approach. Poolside bar snacks are available if you'd rather eat in a swimsuit.
