From the outside it looks like a romantic Bruges townhouse draped in wisteria; inside it's graffiti walls and a chef who clearly has something to prove. Bruut is a tasting-menu-only spot where Bruno Timperman pulls almost everything from within a short drive of the restaurant and turns it into dishes that sound like they shouldn't work but do. The crowd skews adventurous and the wine list leans natural.
