Capote y Toros is a Spanish bar on Old Brompton Road that has quietly made the case for fino, manzanilla, oloroso, and everything in between, long before sherry became the thing sommeliers talked about. The range runs from bone-dry to treacly sweet, with a serious selection of Spanish wines for anyone whose great aunt never got them started.
