Each cocktail on the current menu arrives in its own interactive display box, which is either charming or a lot, depending on your mood. This cocktail bar on the sixth floor of the Four Seasons sits beside one of Hong Kong's great French restaurants, and the bar holds its own. The nine-drink Elements menu builds from a saffron-infused opener to a duck fat-washed finale, with an oyster-leaf-and-champagne number somewhere in the middle.
