Despite the name, this bright South American restaurant on ul. Twarda goes well beyond ceviche, though the Peruvian classic is there in several forms if you want it. Empanadas, grilled steaks, and tostones fill out the menu, all cooked with a looseness that feels more dinner-party than dining room. By evening the music rises and the pisco sours come faster. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
