A French bistro on the third floor of a building in Yongsan that closes its doors every year so the couple running it can travel the world hunting ingredients. No culinary school, just a deep commitment to the thing itself, which gives the cooking an unguarded quality you don't often find. Courses only, and the food leans plain in the best sense, classic recipes given room to breathe. Intimate and unhurried, for an evening where nobody is in a rush.
