A steakhouse on the Chicago River where the windows actually earn their keep. The beef is butchered and dry-aged in-house, cooked over high heat until the crust is doing real work. Sides run the classic route, creamed spinach and potatoes, and the wine list is long enough to keep a table of deal-closers busy. The room is warm wood and leather, loud in a good way, and nobody here is lingering over a solo lunch.
