Chifa is the word for the Chinese-Peruvian culinary collision that took root in Lima generations ago, and this Eagle Rock restaurant leans into the mashup with zebra-print walls and zero apology. The menu pulls from family recipes and runs short on purpose, so each dish earns its place. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks for a room where the food punches well above the price.
