The dining room feels like a private salon someone forgot to lock, all warm hush and gracious old-Florence manners. Cibrèo is a proper sit-down Tuscan restaurant that has been cooking the same dishes long enough to make that a point of pride, not a limitation. Pork liver with lemon, squab stuffed with mostarda, rabbit with sweet-and-sour onions: the menu reads like a letter home from a Florence that still exists here.
