    A restored Ottoman sultan's palace on the Bosphorus, which means you sleep with the strait outside your window and the European and Asian shorelines framing the view. The Çırağan Palace Kempinski holds a Forbes Five Star and is the only Istanbul hotel you can arrive at by private boat or helicopter, a fact the wedding crowd has not overlooked. The gardens run nearly a mile along the waterfront, which is a long walk to feel underdressed.
