    The pool sits so close to the Bosphorus that Europe and Asia share the horizon at once. This Forbes Five Star hotel occupies a 19th-century Ottoman mansion on Çırağan Caddesi, and the setup is as theatrical as it sounds: ferries pass, minarets recede, and the Asian shore is right there. A hammam anchors the spa, rooms run toward the palatial, and the ferry quay is a short walk.
