    A former convent down a quiet lane in Palma's old quarter, this boutique hotel keeps the sequestered calm its original residents intended, which turns out to be exactly what you want. Twenty-six rooms glow white with hardwood floors and open beams; the bathrooms come with egg-shaped sinks that will either delight or slightly annoy you. The spa occupies a former crypt beneath the building, which sets a mood. One Michelin Key.
