A whitewashed-brick gallery on Dundas West that turns into a cocktail bar once you push past the dark curtain at the back. The curved bar glows, curated art lines the walls, and the menu reads like a love letter to Toronto, organized like a Yellow Pages from another dimension. The drinks are serious enough that combinations which look alarming on paper arrive exactly as they should. North America's 50 Best Bars ranked it 69th in 2026.
