Two architects and two bookshop owners walked into a kitchen, which sounds like the start of a joke but produced one of the more interesting casual restaurants in Florence. Tuscan classics get nudged sideways here, cabbage braised with cumin, duck lasagna, sausages on sourdough with sweet-sour figs, all grounded in local and seasonal sourcing. Natural wines, fresh seafood, and a menu that changes with what's good.
