The bright red frontage on Eppendorfer Weg is hard to miss, and the wide Biang Biang noodles inside are harder to forget. This compact, lively noodle bar pulls its inspiration from China's Shaanxi province, where belt-wide hand-pulled noodles are the whole point. The two German-Vietnamese chefs make them fresh daily, dress them with house sauces, and keep the room young and loud. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and priced like it means it.
