The menu is built for sharing, moving through premium lamb, fresh seafood, and whatever the season offers, all with that particular smokiness you only get from cooking over actual fire. The sunken dining floor adds a surprisingly theatrical quality to a room that doesn't otherwise try too hard to impress you.
