The name comes from a Beck song, and the vintage turntable spinning in the corner means you'll figure that out before anyone tells you. DEBRA is a contemporary French restaurant where the cooking slaloms between classical technique and global instinct, whole roasts alongside sauces that arrive from unexpected directions. The room is warm and a little hip without trying too hard, which, in Ghent, is exactly the right register.
