    The Alfonso XIII salon inside the Mandarin Oriental Ritz looks out over the garden, and the room alone could make you forget to eat. This two-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant is Quique Dacosta's Madrid outpost, where the menu travels the Mediterranean coast and Extremadura through two tasting menus bearing his name. The cooking is his vision, closely kept, even from Dénia.
