A pizza spot tucked into a little square at the edge of the Amalfi Coast, decorated inside with the hand-painted ceramics Vietri sul Mare is famous for. The dough gets a long, slow rise, and the menu leans into the sea rather than the usual suspects, with pies built around local fish and a fair amount of imagination. The fried starters follow the same coastal logic and are worth ordering. In summer, the square fills in as a terrace.
