Perched on a cliff above the Bay of Salerno, this Michelin-starred dining room sits inside the Giardini del Fuenti hotel complex and opens only at lunch, which somehow makes it feel like a secret. Chef Michele De Blasio works through two tasting menus and an à la carte, reinterpreting Campanian classics in a minimalist, quietly ambitious register. The windows are large, the bay is very present, and the welcome snacks alone justify arriving hungry.
