    Inside La Réserve Eden au Lac, this all-day fusion wine bar is where Zürich's design-conscious crowd and well-heeled hotel guests share space without anyone feeling out of place. Philippe and Ara Starck did the interiors, which sets the tone. The chef trained under Alain Ducasse and brings Italian ingredients into something more fluid, with Swiss and Eastern inflections. The wine list leans Swiss and French, and it holds up.
