    The green-tiled open kitchen runs the length of the room like a stage, and on a clear day the windows give you Lake Zurich as a backdrop. This is an all-day Italian-leaning restaurant inside a very sleek hotel, the kind that calls itself a "brasserie de luxe" without irony. The chef trained with Enrico Bartolini and Alain Ducasse, and the cooking shows it, blending Italian ingredients with local Swiss ones and the odd Eastern note. One Michelin star.
