A coffee shop in Roma Sur that's been slinging guisado tacos for generations, El Jarocho started life as a tortilleria and still makes its tortillas in-house. The format is simple: sit down, a server takes your order, and you pick from a rotating spread of stewed meats and vegetables. The campechano with chopped steak and chicharron does a lot of convincing on its own. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
