Daniel Humm's tasting menu restaurant occupies a grand Art Deco dining room on Madison Square Park, where everything from the staff's suits to the water vases is custom made. The kitchen went plant-based a few years back, which caused a minor citywide meltdown, and the menu has been quietly winning people over since. Three Michelin stars, a Forbes Five Star, and an AAA Five Diamond.
