An Italian trattoria that's been around forever in the center of Liège, Enoteca earns its Michelin Bib Gourmand by doing the classics without fuss: handmade pasta cooked properly, clean sauces, and a wine list deeper than the room suggests. The crowd has been coming back for decades, which tells you something. Service is warm enough that you'll probably stay for another glass you hadn't planned on.
