    Evviva is a Mediterranean dinner spot in the Marigny, the kind you walk to when you've had your fill of dodging ghost tours. The menu shifts daily, but grilled Gulf shrimp and anchovy bread tend to show up. Gin martinis at happy hour draw the date-night set, and the servers have clearly logged time at other good kitchens around town. It was a James Beard Best New Restaurant semifinalist.
