This is a Cantonese dim sum hall out on Division, with a banquet-room floor plan and carts that never seem to stop circling. Come daytime for congee and shrimp rolls the color of a sunset, or after dark for whole crab fried with ginger and scallion. The parking lot is always packed, and a great uncle seems to be permanently posted outside. Tables turn slowly, which tells you everyone has settled in.
