A boutique hotel sitting in Porto's Ribeira quarter, three minutes' walk from the Douro and close enough to the Sé and Livraria Lello that you could do both before lunch. Rooms go full minimalist inside the historic shell, all textured gray walls and Scandi furniture, with city or river views throughout. The bar pours Portuguese wine and tapas, but the neighborhood does most of the heavy lifting when it comes to eating and drinking.
