This small dinner-only spot in the 16th sources Cotentin blue lobster and line-caught sea bass for dishes that taste like someone actually cares where things come from. The dim sum are made with real care. At lunch, the team runs a fusion street food operation at a nearby address, but evenings here are a different, quieter proposition.
