A Michelin-starred fine dining room inside the Altis Belém, with a bar at the entrance framing a view straight across the Tagus. The kitchen works through the traditional flavors of Portugal with serious technique and a seasonal menu built mostly on local suppliers. Tourists come in from the Belém Tower and leave having eaten very differently than they planned. The wine list leans Portuguese, which, given the surroundings, is the only sensible choice.
