    Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Victoria Harbour from most rooms in this high-rise luxury hotel tucked into the International Finance Centre in Central. The mosaic-tiled outdoor infinity pools compete with that same view and mostly hold their own. Rooms run large by Hong Kong standards, finished in the kind of crisp, neutral calm that makes you forget you're in one of the densest cities on earth. A Forbes Five Star and a Michelin Key.
