FOWL is a casual restaurant from the team behind Fallow, devoted entirely to the bird, beak to tail, from wings and strips through rotisserie and schnitzel to that notorious pudding. The approach is playful but the sourcing is serious, which is exactly the combination that keeps a one-note concept from becoming a gimmick.
