The limestone facade on Broadway gives way to ash wood, mosaic tile, and a wide-open kitchen that runs the whole show. This is a French brasserie with a Michelin star, the kind of place where the duck arrives whole before someone carves it tableside. Williamsburg's dressed-up crowd fills the generously spaced tables, and nobody looks out of place in either a blazer or a good jacket.
