    A Neapolitan-style pizza shop tucked into a side street a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, Fratelli Castellano runs on a dough that regulars treat as non-negotiable. The room is small, the tables are communal, and no one is pretending otherwise. Classics are the point here, not riffs on them. Dine in or take away, 50 Top Pizza Europe has noted it among its excellent pizzerias on the continent.
