Gaddi's
French
A private lift delivers you straight to the entrance, which sets the tone before you've unfolded your napkin. Gaddi's is a grand French dining room at The Peninsula, all gilded accents, chandelier, and blue-and-gold carpet that hasn't needed irony to survive. The menu runs modern classic, distinctly French, and the kitchen holds a Michelin star and a Forbes Five Star. Old-school in the best sense, and never apologetic about it.
