Two Murano glass chandeliers hang over white concrete walls in the 16th arrondissement, and the whole room reads quietly expensive before you've ordered a thing. This is a Michelin-starred modern French restaurant named after the chef's grandparents' sailboat, which turns out to be a fair preview: the menu runs almost entirely to fish and seafood, steered by Breton instincts and whatever the season allows. Meat does appear, just not as the point.
