The croquettes here started life at Casa Marcial, the family's more serious project up the road, and they followed the Manzano siblings south to this relaxed, designer-ish dining room on a Gijón plaza. It's a share-plates kind of place, Spanish at heart with the odd fusion detour, and you can pull up a stool at the bar to watch things come together.
