    Portion sizes here run generous enough that the name feels like a promise kept. Gordo's is a laid-back Bushwick cantina where the chef, a Mexico City native, turns familiar Mexican cooking into something that earns its Michelin Bib Gourmand. The room skews family-friendly, the menu covers tacos, chile relleno, and mole enchiladas, and nobody leaves hungry enough to be annoyed about anything.
