    The only luxury hotel overlooking the Palais Royal gardens, with the Louvre a short walk in one direction and the boutiques of Rue Saint-Honoré in the other. Pierre-Yves Rochon's renovation landed somewhere between sober and quietly spectacular, all historical references filtered through a contemporary eye. Eighty-one rooms and suites keep the scale personal; the better ones add a balcony or private dressing room. A Forbes Four Star hotel and a Michelin Key.
