    Two wave-inspired towers rise over City of Dreams, and the lobby sets the tone fast: soaring ceiling, copper sculptures, the whole arrival. This Forbes Four Star hotel has 791 rooms, all with his-and-hers bathrooms, some suites with private saunas. The 430-foot aqua-tiled pool, complete with submerged lounge chairs and VIP cabanas, does a decent impression of an oasis. Beijing Kitchen, mezza9, and a proper high tea at Pâtisserie cover the dining spread.
