    The agnolotti here are closed with a pinch, a gesture Lidia Alciati made famous and her sons still honor at this one-Michelin-star Piedmontese restaurant inside the Fontanafredda estate. The dining room runs to old-money elegance, a modern fireplace doing its best to keep things from feeling like a museum. The kitchen cooks close to the land, with a cellar that takes the local wine list very seriously indeed.
