A food stall inside East End Market from the team behind Domu, Gyukatsu Rose has one real question on the menu: one portion of breaded beef cutlet or two? The beef arrives lightly fried and sliced, and you finish it yourself on a tabletop grill with soy and onion sauces. The frozen matcha pudding with Oreo crumble and brûléed sugar is the closing argument. It books up fast, so reservations are not optional.
